We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our public relations initiatives by helping to craft and distribute compelling content that enhances our organization's image and fosters positive relationships with the media, stakeholders, and the public. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR performance.
  • Support the planning and execution of press conferences, events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update media contact lists and databases to ensure accurate information.
  • Respond to media inquiries promptly and coordinate interviews with company representatives.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
