Qantas is seeking a Club Agent for the Brisbane Domestic Airport lounges in a permanent part-time capacity to deliver a seamless, personalised guest experience. This role rewards hospitality in a fast paced setting and requires you to welcome guests, resolve enquiries, and uphold a premium lounge. You should have prior fast paced customer service experience, excellent presentation, punctuality and reliability, and be comfortable working a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and holidays. An RSA certificate or ability to obtain one before start is essential, as well as Australian working rights.
