From warmly welcoming guests and assisting with their needs to anticipating expectations and resolving enquiries, you will ensure every customer enjoys the highest standard of hospitality. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service, pay close attention to detail, and excel in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Proven ability to think on your feet and perform effectively under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, with an inclusive mindset.
  • A positive, motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to supporting and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt and overcome challenges in a time-critical environment.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, or the ability to obtain one before commencing employment.
