Merck Group is hiring a QC Microbiology Analyst for a 12 month fixed term onsite in Livingston. In a regulated Life Science setting you will conduct lot release testing in a cleanroom (Bioburden, TVC), analyze facility water systems, and raw material acceptance testing, plus environmental monitoring. EM excursions and OOS will be investigated within the Quality Management System and you will deliver contamination training. Requirements include a BSc or higher in Microbiology or life sciences, or equivalent cGxP experience, plus solid communication, problem solving and IT skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Desirable aseptic/cleanroom experience and cGxP exposure. As a QC Microbiology Analyst, you will help to set the standard for contamination control with hands-on testing, training and best practices within a highly regulated manufacturing environment - crucial within our Life Science business.
