KordaMentha is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for Financial Crime Operations on a 6-month fixed term, full-time onsite role in Melbourne. You will run QA checks across AML/CTF activities such as KYC, Transaction Monitoring and ECDD, deliver insights to the QA Manager, identify process improvements, help design training themes, coach Analysts and act as SME on QA issues, while supporting stakeholder management and reporting. The role includes comprehensive training and potential AML/CTF qualifications. Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years AML/CTF experience in QA, strong knowledge of KYC TM and ECDD regulations, excellent data analysis, discretion, communication and coaching skills, MS Office proficiency, and Australian work eligibility. An exciting opportunity exists to join KordaMentha Implementation Services as a Quality Assurance Analyst for Financial Crime Operations on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. You will be part of the KordaMentha team responsible for the day-to-day operations of Anti-money Laundering and Counter-terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), as well as general operational support.
