Wayve is hiring a Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator for its London on-site team. The role covers monitoring training programs, maintaining compliance records, and assessing standards, plus developing manuals. You will analyse training metrics, implement QA processes, and support staff development. Essentials: UK driving licence, eight years driving in the UK, a clean insurance record in the last three years, ability to stay calm under pressure, growth mindset, and strong communication and time management with Google Workspace. Desirable: assessor or QA qualifications and a vehicle safety operator credential. On-site five days a week; disclose any second job; health checks and drug testing apply.
