Your Role

 

The Quality Assurance Specialist will facilitate and support the development, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems, to ensure their alignment with business goals, customer expectations, and requirements for global business unit best practices. This position will have a strong focus in direct support of the production teams and general Quality Management System requirements and improvements. Responsibilities to include the following:

 

  • Quality system development and maintenance activities
  • Support daily production activities and programs
  • Lead and facilitate complaint investigations, deviations and monthly meetings
  • Lead, facilitate and support various quality system initiatives

 

Physical Attributes:

 

  • View computer monitors for long periods of time
  • Regular use of phones, computers, computer monitors and office equipment

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  •  High School Diploma or GED AND 5+ years of experience in a quality, production, or project management role

OR

  • Bachelor’s degree (Chemistry or other life science discipline) AND 2+ years of experience in a quality, production, or project management role

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, 21CFR117, and conducting internal/external audits
  • Experience in the chemical, life science, or food industries using SAP, TrackWise, and document control systems
  • Experience preparing and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

 

 

Salary Range for this position - $69,100 - $115,600 annually

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
