YOUR TASKS

• Support Arvato in achieving and maintaining required operational quality levels;
• Provide support for audits related to certifications as ISO 13485 and GDP;
• Contribute to Computerized System Validation (CSV) activities: support maintaining the validated state of systems (e.g., SAP) by assisting with documentation, evidence collection, periodic reviews and validation-related deliverables;
• Support change control from a quality perspective: assess impact, ensure the right documentation is in place, and verify follow-up actions/effectiveness checks;
• Manage and maintain (quality) systems like ISO 13485, Sharepoint, and SAP;
• Set KPIs and provide work instructions for monitoring quality systems;
• Engage in compliance, investigate quality failures through root cause analysis, and capture risks through risk analyses.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed a relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
• Work experience in the field of quality management (basic knowledge ISO 13485) or application management;
• You have affinity with computerized systems in a regulated environment (CSV mindset: structured, evidence-based, documentation-driven);
• With your communication skills you know how to mobilize everyone within Arvato to a higher level of quality;  
• Project-based work and thinking in processes is your second nature;
• You perform best in a dynamic high demanding environment;
• Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with SAP and SharePoint is a plus;
• Good communication skills in English is a must, Dutch language is a plus.
