You’ll be the focal point for craft supervisors on standards and inspection tools, keep inspection forms and quality records up to date, and manage Corrective Action Register issues between the facility, vessel and Administrative Office. You’ll assist with measuring non-conformances, support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISM and ISPS audits, and track KPIs and key registers such as ladders, below-hook devices, CAR, training, and MSDS. Essential: high school diploma, strong computer skills, excellent organization and communication, and the ability to work without supervision.
