Join Danfoss as a Quality Technician on the 1st shift in Mountain Home, AR. The Impact You'll Make
As a Quality Technician, you will focus on attention to detail, root cause analysis and process verification, helping to ensure products meet specifications, minimize waste and contribute to a culture of quality safety and operational excellence.
This is a 1st Shift position, located in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform product inspections, quality controls, and incoming material verification to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze returned products, investigate quality issues, and support root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methods.
- Prepare and execute laboratory tests, collect test data, and maintain testing equipment and calibration standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support product validation, process improvements, and new production activities.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of inspection and laboratory processes at our facility.
What We're Looking For
- Technical education in Calibrations, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a quality, laboratory, manufacturing, or technical support role within an industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with electrical measuring equipment and an understanding of sensors, electronic assemblies (PCBAs), or similar products.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, 8D, 4-Steps); SAP experience is an advantage.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to work.
