Webasto is hiring a Quality Technician in Detroit, MI, full-time onsite, to embed quality in battery production. You will perform in-process tests, act as the direct contact for production, conduct quality inspections per test plans, and release products and processes for initial inspections. You will audit battery systems, prepare documentation for product audits, and evaluate results, initiating corrective actions for deviations. You’ll be part of the Quality team in battery production, solving problems by analyzing products and processes. Ideal candidates have technical training with quality experience, proficiency in MS Office, SAP Q modules a plus, and a proactive, reliable, team-oriented mindset with shift availability.
