United Infrastructure is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a full-time onsite role in Great Sankey, leading the commercial delivery on Utility and Social Infrastructure projects. You will manage contracts, administration, budgeting and reporting, including NEC 3/4 Option A and C changes, subcontracts, payments, and monthly Pain/Gain, CVR and Earned Value analyses, site visits and closeout. Requirements include Civil or Infrastructure experience, a BSc in Quantity Surveying, MRICS or MCIOB desirable, strong data interrogation and line management skills, commercial awareness and Excel/Office proficiency, plus a driving licence and CSCS.
