Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical R&D Chemist to join our research and development team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will conduct chemical research, develop new formulations, and optimize existing processes to support our organization's innovation objectives. You will work in a collaborative environment where your analytical expertise and organized approach to problem-solving will drive meaningful contributions to our product development initiatives.

  • Conduct chemical synthesis, analysis and testing using laboratory techniques and instrumentation to support research objectives
  • Design and execute experiments following established protocols, documenting all procedures and results with precision
  • Analyze experimental data, interpret findings and prepare comprehensive technical reports for internal stakeholders
  • Develop and optimize chemical formulations and processes to improve efficiency and product quality
  • Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to resolve challenges in research projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, production, and regulatory affairs to support product development
  • Stay current with industry advancements and emerging research methodologies relevant to the field
  • Ensure all laboratory work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, research proposals, and regulatory submissions as needed
