Location: Northallerton, Leeds, Sheffield and surrounding areas

Pay Rate: Up to £19 per hour

Shifts Available: Covering day and night shifts across the week, including weekends. 

A driver with access to a vehicle is required, as you will be required to travel.

Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs.

You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

You must have previous social care experience to apply for this role. We’re interested in people with compassion and the ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
