In this fast paced role you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling phone and text communications, entering orders, negotiating delivery windows to prevent lost orders, and routing complaints to Dispatch or Sales. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of customer service experience, basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and 25+ wpm, plus solid knowledge of Austin and surrounding areas with map reading ability.
