We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, presenting property listings, and converting opportunities into successful transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

 Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients (leads) via phone, online platforms, and other channels
  • Present and promote available properties in a professional manner
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Follow up with clients until closing sales or rental deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Update client and deal information in the CRM system
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future opportunities
  • Coordinate with the Listing and Marketing teams to ensure accurate property information

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market
