The Role

As a Reception & Reservations Manager, you're the first voice and the first impression of our beachfront destination. You lead the reservations function end to end — running the book, maximising covers, and making sure every guest, from first-timer to regular VIP, feels looked after before they even arrive. You lead a small team and sit right at the intersection of guest relations, service and revenue.

What you'll do

Lead, train and schedule the team, setting service standards and etiquette

Maximize covers and manage the book smartly across peak and quiet periods

Build and protect rich guest profiles — preferences, occasions, VIPs — for a personalized welcome

Work hand in hand with Guest Relations, front of house and management on flow, VIPs and special requests

Handle escalations, large bookings and special requests with charm and precision

Keep guest data accurate, confidential and working for the business

What you need

3–5 years in reservations or guest relations within luxury hospitality, ideally with team-lead experience

Experience running a reservations book (SevenRooms or a similar platform is a strong plus)

Warm, polished communication — you sound like LPM on the phone and in writing

Highly organized, detail-obsessed and calm under pressure

A guest-first mindset with a commercial eye on covers and revenue

Fluent English; additional languages are a real asset

Why Choose Us

Competitive salary and performance-based incentives

Comprehensive medical insurance

The rare chance to open a landmark beachfront destination

Be part of LPM, where every detail matters and every guest is celebrated.
