Job Description

• Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression at the front desk
• Manage appointment bookings, coordinate the daily schedule, assist patients over the phone, and process payments
• Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable at all times
• Provide administrative support to the dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience

Qualifications

• Main Reception role – experience not essential, full training provided
• Availability during weekdays and late nights, with a flexible schedule
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a proactive attitude
