You will handle guest check ins and outs, manage bookings in RMS or a system, coordinate with Housekeeping, provide local information, and keep admin organized while building strong relationships with guests. The ideal candidate has front office hospitality experience, a passion for delivering great guest experiences, solid computer skills, cash handling ability, and excellent communication. Be prepared to work weekends and evenings, hold a current driver’s license, and consent to a Federal Police Clearance before an offer; some manual handling up to 20 kg may be required.
