Toyota Ferntree Gully is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dealership team. As the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest who visits or contacts the dealership.


This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration, and dealership support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, brings positive energy to the workplace, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
  • Act as the first point of contact for showroom and phone-based enquiries
  • Assist with general administration and dealership support tasks
  • Manage customer appointments and coordinate enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and dealership documentation
  • Support various departments with administrative duties as required
  • Ensure reception and customer areas remain professional and well-presented
  • Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience at every interaction

What you need:

  • Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner
  • Friendly, positive, and professional approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
