Join Sewell Group as a Receptionist Administrator at the Head Office in Hull on a temporary 9 to 12 month contract. This full‑time, onsite role pays £12.71 per hour with a bonus opportunity up to 20% and runs 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, 30 to 37.5 hours per week. You will be the first point of contact for staff, clients and visitors, delivering front desk hospitality, general admin, mail handling, meeting room coordination and event support across the team, with occasional cross office cover. Essential you hold a UK driving license, have reception or admin experience, excel at customer service and telephone manners, are MS Office literate, and show flexibility and teamwork. Role Overview
Based on the front reception of our Sewell Head Office, the successful individual will be the first point of contact, by phone and in person, for our staff, customers, and visitors.
They will form part of our Group Administration Team, and along with being the first point of contact, will also provide general administration and hospitality/meet & greet support to our people.
