The Role

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Processing guest check-ins and outs
  • Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
  • Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Completing the day-to-day office administration
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests

What we look for

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Current drivers licence essential
