The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the school.

Core Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

Visitor Assistance:

Provide information and assistance to visitors, guiding them to the appropriate locations within the school.

Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.

Communication Hub:

Act as a central point for communication, receiving and relaying messages to relevant staff members.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule appointments and meetings for school staff.

Maintain and organize the reception area.

Student Check-In/Check-Out:

Assist with the check-in and check-out processes for students.

Ensure proper documentation is completed for student arrivals and departures.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry and filing.

Assist with coordination of school events and activities.

Maintaining Security:

Monitor and control access to the school premises, ensuring the safety and security of students and staff.

Follow established security procedures.

Customer Service:

Handle inquiries and requests from parents, students, and staff with a customer-focused approach. Resolve or escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
