About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

We are recruiting a Recovery Administrator to join our administration team based in Hamilton. As a Recovery Administrator, you’ll support the delivery of administrative services across a range of Recovery work streams. Depending on business need, this could include coordinating referrals and support services, communicating with providers, sourcing and compiling information, or supporting responses to official and client information requests.

Your work will play a key part in helping people recover from injury and return to everyday life through accurate, timely and customer-focused administration. The specific work stream connected to this vacancy will be discussed with shortlisted candidates prior to interview.

The role has a set start date of 17 August 2026 and requires set working hours during the initial training period. Hours will be discussed during the interview process to ensure alignment with availability.

The appointing salary for this role is $60,486 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
