Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across the Middle East from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to meet deadlines. You will source and place talent from junior to director level, manage screenings and negotiations, build a candidate network, maintain the ATS, generate reports, and enhance the candidate experience and brand. Key requirements include a BA/BS, 3+ years in recruitment (construction preferred) with ME experience, proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong communication, analytical, and confidentiality skills.
