Vast is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator I for a fixed-term, full-time onsite role in Long Beach, CA to support talent operations for its space station program. You will own end-to-end interview scheduling for technical and non-technical roles, coordinate candidate travel and expenses, and partner with recruiting operations to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Minimum qualifications include in-person work five days a week, a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience, and at least two years in recruiting coordination and travel coordination. Preferred candidates bring startup or corporate experience, Greenhouse know-how, strong communication, problem solving, and impeccable attention to detail.
