We are seeking a Recruiting Lead - Advanced Manufacturing & Production to lead, inspire, and scale our Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) production recruiting team. In this role, you will be a player-coach—directly managing a team of high-performing recruiters while personally driving search strategies for critical leadership and highly complex technical roles. As a key talent leader, you will partner directly with VPs, Directors, and hiring managers to align talent acquisition with Anduril’s rapid production scale-up.
