Greensleeves Care is recruiting a Recruitment Compliance Coordinator Administrator to support onboarding, compliance and candidate administration across our care homes and support functions. This full‑time onsite role in London is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive and passionate about accuracy and a great candidate experience. The key priorities are end‑to‑end recruitment administration, managing pre‑employment checks, coordinating interviews and offers through the ATS, and engaging with Home Managers and Recruitment Specialists. Healthcare or multi-site experience is desirable, sponsorship knowledge is a bonus but not essential.
