In December 2024, we commenced providing health, mental health and wellbeing services across the onshore Immigration Detention network. What You’ll Do
Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline
Screen, interview, and support nurses through every step of the hiring journey
Manage onboarding, compliance, reference checks, and documentation
Collaborate with consultants and admin teams to meet client needs efficiently
Keep systems updated and actively contribute to recruitment process improvements
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the recruitment experience
What We’re Looking For
Recruitment or resourcing experience (healthcare experience is a bonus!)
Strong customer service background – a must!
