Ace & Tate is seeking a Recruitment Intern for its Amsterdam HQ for six months, onsite, starting 15 July 2026 and offering 32-40 hours per week. You’ll support the Talent Acquisition team across the hiring process, sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms to build diverse, high quality pipelines, scheduling interviews, and ensuring smooth collaboration with hiring managers and HR, while co leading campus recruitment initiatives, conducting market research and talent mapping, and assisting with data tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate in Psychology, HR or Business Studies with excellent people skills, highly organized, proactive and hands on, fluent in English with Dutch or German a plus. What matters most is your ability to build rapport, stay curious and learn quickly. We are looking for a Recruitment Intern at our Amsterdam HQ, 32-40 hours. 

Start: 15th July 2026, 6 months. 

What our Recruitment Interns do 

  • Support the TA team with the hiring process 
  • Sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms for our open roles to build diverse, high quality talent pipelines 
  • Scheduling interviews and following up with hiring managers and candidates 
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and HR to ensure a seamless process from candidate to colleague 
  • Support and co-lead campus recruitment initiatives 
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify key trends and emerging talent pools 
  • Assist with data tracking and reporting, analysing recruitment metrics like time to hire and source effectiveness 
  • Contribute in ongoing recruitment projects, refining how we attract and hire talent 

 

You have 

  • A background in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Studies or similar studies, currently studying or recently graduated 
  • Excellent people and communication skills, you naturally connect and build rapport  
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail oriented 
  • Hands on mentality and eagerness to learn and grow 
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or German are a big plus!
