UGL Limited is seeking a motivated Refrigeration HVAC Technician to join its NSW team on a full-time onsite basis, supporting both site management and the mobile maintenance crew across Rouse Hill and Roseville. You will maintain, diagnose, repair, test, commission and certify HVAC and chilled water systems in commercial and industrial settings with a strong emphasis on safety, technical excellence and customer service, including thorough documentation to client and company standards. The roster runs two weeks day shift and two weeks night shift with flexibility to meet client needs. Essential: trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, current Refrigerant Handling Licence, ability to read drawings, valid Driver’s Licence and White Card. We are currently seeking a motivated Refrigeration HVAC Technician to join our team, supporting both site management and the mobile maintenance team across our Rouse Hill and Roseville operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Supervisor, this is a hands-on, customer-focused role responsible for the maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, testing, commissioning, and certification of HVAC and chilled water systems in accordance with specifications and standards.
You will work across a broad range of HVAC activities, including commercial and industrial maintenance and installation as required.
This role places a strong emphasis on safety, technical excellence, and customer service, and includes administrative responsibilities to ensure all work is completed, documented, and closed out in line with UGL and client requirements.
