This position supports their respective region within the company. The position serves as the HR management expert providing leadership, communications, and oversight to ensure that the business is in compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations. The Regional Director of Human Resources coaches and mentors the plant HR Managers to continue to be integral business partners providing a high level of customer service throughout the organization
