BlueScope’s Ranbuild is seeking a commercially minded Regional Manager to lead the Queensland dealer network, based at Northgate or Eagle Farm in a hybrid role with one direct report, the Regional Coordinator. You’ll grow dealer performance through onboarding, capability development and succession planning, while delivering volume, margin and product mix targets and monitoring market trends. You’ll mentor your team and manage KPIs using Microsoft BI, Salesforce and our RB Online platform. The ideal candidate has proven dealer or distributor network experience, strong commercial instincts, and a collaborative coaching leadership style with a proactive, solution focused mindset. The Opportunity
Our Ranbuild business is looking for a Regional Manager - QLD to join our team. This is a hybrid role with a primary base in either our Northgate or Eagle Farm sites in QLD. Ranbuild has been supplying sheds, garages and steel buildings for over 70 years, specialising in the commercial, residential, rural and equine markets.
We are looking for an inspiring and commercially minded Regional Manager to lead and grow our dealer network across Queensland. Covering a large and diverse territory, you’ll play a key role in supporting dealer success, strengthening relationships, and achieving regional growth targets. With one direct report - Regional Coordinator, this is a hands-on role where your influence and leadership will make a real impact.
