We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and target-driven Regional Manager, MENA (UK) to lead recruitment activities for Kaplan International Pathways’ UK portfolio across the MENA region. The primary focus of the role will be Saudi Arabia and Oman, with responsibility potentially expanding across additional MENA markets in line with the direction of the Regional Director and business needs. Reporting to the Regional Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable student recruitment growth through the development of our B2C pipeline, expansion of our agency network, and engagement with key external stakeholders. This is a leadership position with direct line management responsibility and ownership of market performance across key territories. You will become part of a team of recruitment and marketing professionals focused on delivering ambitious growth objectives while supporting students throughout their international education journey.

What you’ll bring to the role
The successful candidate will be results-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships across a wide stakeholder network. A commercial mindset, customer-focused approach and strong people management capability are essential. Flexibility to travel across the region and work evenings or weekends when required for recruitment activities is important.
About you – the ideal candidate will have
Background in international education recruitment, higher education or international marketing.
Proven line management experience and ability to develop high-performing teams.
University education.
Fluency in English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Goal-driven and results-oriented approach.
Experience growing B2C recruitment channels and agency partnerships.
Strong stakeholder management and business development capability.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver against ambitious targets.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout MENA.
Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
Appreciation of different cultures and working styles.
Desirable skills are:
Proven track record of successful international student recruitment growth.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian and Omani education sectors.
Experience recruiting students to UK higher education institutions.
Understanding of visa regulations and trends in international higher education.
Existing relationships with schools, sponsors and agencies across MENA.
Arabic language skills.
