Flexport is looking for a Regional Ocean Manager to co‑own the Ocean FCL P&L for France, Spain and Italy, acting as the commercial arm of the ocean team and partnering with procurement, pricing and sales to launch in France and grow the Italian and Spanish markets. The role starts in Amsterdam or London for 3 to 6 months, then becomes permanent in Paris. You will manage P&L and yield, deliver market intelligence, design Ocean FCL products and go‑to‑market strategies, lead RFQs, align with pricing and procurement, forecast volumes, and build carrier partnerships. Requirements: 5+ years in Ocean Freight with a top forwarder or 5+ years in supply chain with a BA/BS; fluent English plus French, Spanish and Italian; data skills and P&L experience preferred. As Regional Ocean Manager you will be co-responsible for Flexport Ocean FCL P&L in France, Spain and Italy with the local General Managers. You will have the chance to be part of Flexport launch in France, and to support our growth in our young Italian and Spanish markets too. You are the commercial arm of our ocean organisation, and collaborate with our procurement and allocation teams. You sit also closely with our sales organisation: we start from our clients, build solutions that embrace their supply chain and procurement needs while taking into account the market dynamics at play.
