Lumino The Dentists is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of practices across North Auckland and Northland, driving operational excellence while supporting our teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support a portfolio of dental practices across North Auckland and Northland to achieve operational, commercial, and clinical success.
- Partner with Practice Managers and clinical teams to build high-performing, engaged, and customer-focused practices.
- Coach, mentor, and develop leaders to drive team capability, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, People & Culture, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure practices are well-supported and aligned with business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, practice performance, and the successful delivery of regional and national initiatives.
- Foster a positive culture that reflects Lumino's values and commitment to exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations, ideally within healthcare, dental, retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Highly organised with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and operational excellence.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for developing people and improving performance.
