Key Accountabilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Lead efforts to meet and exceed sales targets across the mass consumer market by strategically managing sales activities and optimizing regional performance.
- Regional Implementation: Oversee the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives within the region, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with broader company objectives.
- Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand the reach of services within the consumer segment, ensuring broad market coverage.
- Partner Management: Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key sales partners and distributors to ensure alignment with regional sales objectives and growth strategies.
- Service Expansion: Identify and promote new services that align with consumer needs, expanding the offerings beyond core solutions to drive growth in the mass market.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess sales performance across the region, providing guidance, support, and actionable insights to partners and teams to drive improvements and maximize sales results.
- Training & Development: Ensure that sales teams and partners are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills through continuous training and development programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with business goals and ensure smooth execution of go-to-market initiatives.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and partner engagement, offering insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve overall outcomes.
Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, preferred in Business administration, Telecom, Sales or Marketing.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales management.
- Management experience of multi-site/channels
- A good understanding of the telecommunications industry.
- A good understanding of regulatory procedures, policies and practices.
- Strong people management skills and Leadership skills.
