TE Connectivity is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Leader for EMEA to drive data-driven sales execution, GTM excellence, and forecast accuracy across the region and the Americas. The role owns the regional cadence, KPIs, pipeline governance, CRM discipline, demand forecasting and cross-functional alignment with Global RevOps, IT, Analytics, Marketing and Customer Service. The ideal candidate has fifteen or more years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations with leadership experience, strong Salesforce or CRM skills, advanced Excel and BI tools, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a multi-country environment.
