ROLE PURPOSE
The Regional Tax Manager EMEA coordinates tax compliance, advisory and risk management across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with group tax policies and pragmatic business support.
KEY MISSIONS
- Coordinate corporate tax compliance and reporting across EMEA entities.
- Support local teams on direct tax, indirect tax and withholding tax matters.
- Monitor tax risks, provisions, uncertain tax positions and audit exposures.
- Manage tax audits and tax authority interactions.
- Implement group tax policies, governance and documentation standards.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Treasury, HR and business teams.
- Support transfer pricing implementation from a regional standpoint.
- Review tax impacts of intercompany flows, financing, dividends and cash repatriation.
- Monitor EMEA tax regulatory developments.
- Prepare regional tax reporting, dashboards and escalation materials.
EXPERIENCE
8+ years of relevant experience in corporate tax, international tax or tax advisory, including regional exposure in EMEA.
EDUCATION
Master’s degree or equivalent level in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field.
