Specsavers is hiring a Regional Training Manager for Ontario West, a field based 18 month contract requiring travel to GTA and Oakville stores. You’ll design and deliver learning programs that elevate customer experiences, partner with Retail Support, store leadership and HR, and lead onboarding and opening support for new stores. Success hinges on a robust retail training background, excellent virtual and in person facilitation, data driven coaching, and the ability to manage a heavy flexible workload in a fast growing values driven organization. What You’ll Do
To deliver first class training and support to new and existing retail stores on their journeys to providing amazing customer experiences for our Canadian customers.
The Regional Training Manager (RTM) is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of learning programs aimed at driving employee excellence across optical Retail Stores within their region.
The RTM works closely with cross-functional teams, including the Retail Support Team, store leadership, HR, and Support Office teams, to ensure the training/learning and development needs of Team Members are met and that our customers are provided with Platinum experiences every time. The central focus for the RTM while supporting retail stores is on delivering outstanding customer service and achieving operational metrics through effective learning and development strategies.
Additionally, the RTM is responsible for supporting the onboarding and induction of new store teams across Regional provinces, and nationally as required.

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonus, profit sharing, and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience
