SearchPlus HR is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves delivering top-quality patient care, including assessing patient health needs, implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress. Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments following established protocols.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management strategies.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and changes to the healthcare team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; an Associate's degree (ADN) may be accepted depending on experience.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is desirable; applications from new graduates are also encouraged.
