Permanent full-time Registered Nurse role at Summerset Whanganui village, onsite with a rotating four days on, two off roster across AM, PM and Night shifts, 60 to 80 hours per fortnight. You’ll manage residents’ everyday needs from clinical care to end-of-life, create and follow long-term care plans, lead shifts and guide caregivers, and build trusted relationships in a resident-directed care model. Essential: NZ Registration with a Practising Certificate, genuine interest in older people, calm leadership under pressure, and strong communication.
