An experienced Registered Nurse role at Summerset Avonhead village in Christchurch, full time and onsite, focused on resident directed aged care where you’ll manage clinical needs, develop long term care plans, and lead shifts while partnering with residents and families to enhance quality of life. Requirements include NZ Registration with a current Practising Certificate, a genuine interest in working with older people, and ideally InteRAI and Syrine Driver training, with a calm under pressure, emotionally resilient approach and strong communication to connect with residents, families and the care team.
