Summerset is seeking a registered nurse for our Palms village in Napier, full time and onsite, with a four on, two off PM shift pattern and 60 to 80 hours per fortnight. You will manage residents’ everyday needs, lead long term care planning and clinical assessments, and step in on shifts to make sound clinical decisions while guiding caregivers and building trusted relationships with residents and families. Key requirements include NZ registration with a current Practising Certificate, a genuine passion for working with older people, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and strong communication and leadership skills.
