AnglicareSA is seeking a confident and experienced Registered Nurse (RN1.2 or above) to join our supportive team at Grange Residential Aged Care. We have AM shifts available across Monday to Friday, offering flexibility while still allowing you to enjoy your afternoons.
This role suits an RN with experience in either residential aged care or acute care who is looking for meaningful, relationship-based work in a welcoming and well-run home.
As a Registered Nurse at Grange, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
