Summerset in Palmerston North is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our casual pool onsite. You will support resident directed aged care, manage clinical needs, develop and follow long-term care plans, take charge on shifts, and guide caregivers while building trusted relationships with residents and families. The role requires NZ Registration and a Practising Certificate, a genuine interest in working with older people, the ability to lead calmly under pressure, and strong communication to engage colleagues and families. Casual work means short notice shifts; weekend penalties apply, full uniform provided, potential for part-time or permanent opportunities.
