Summerset is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its casual pool at the Nelson village, delivering high quality, resident-directed aged care and helping create the best possible lifestyle for residents. In this role you will manage a range of clinical to end-of-life needs, develop long-term care plans, occasionally lead the care centre on shifts, and mentor caregivers while building trusted relationships with residents and families, with a full uniform provided. Key requirements include NZ registration with a current Practising Certificate, a genuine interest in caring for older people, and the ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly. Casual shifts require flexibility and short-notice availability; weekend penalties apply. Applications for this role will close on Sunday 12th July.
