Summerset is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Palmerston North village on a permanent onsite basis, four days on, two days off, about 60 to 80 hours per fortnight. You will manage residents' daily needs from clinical care to end of life, develop and follow long term care plans, lead on shifts, guide caregivers, and build trusted relationships with residents and their families in a resident directed care model focused on quality of life. Key requirements include NZ registration and current practicing certificate, genuine interest in older people, calm under pressure, and strong communication.
