Summerset is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Palms village in Napier, on a full time night shift with 4 nights on, 4 days off and a minimum 54 hours per fortnight. You will lead shifts, manage clinical and end of life care, create and review long term care plans, and guide caregivers while building strong relationships with residents and families in a resident directed model focused on quality of life. NZ Registration and a current Practising Certificate are required, plus a genuine interest in aged care and calm, clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
