About the Role

We have a Part Time position available for a passionate clinician to utilise their skills in our Residential Care Home at IRT Thomas Holt Sans Souci for night shift only.
This will be a permanent roster of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.
Hourly base rate between $43.75 and $55.88 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on the experience.
Your work may include:
- Providing clinical care
- Managing and supervising care workers
- Undertaking client assessments
- Monitoring clients’ care needs, evaluation care plans
- Providing treatment as required
To Be Successful You Will Have
- The ability to undertake night shifts only across 3 nights
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A big heart – you’re empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
- Experience working as a Registered Nurse in a residential care home environment
