Spectrum Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse, Palliative to join its integrated community palliative care team in Mississauga. This full time on site role (with pathways for part time or casual arrangements) involves travel within the region to patients in their homes or facilities. You’ll work under the Integrated Care Program Supervisor, collaborating with physicians and allied health professionals to craft personalized care plans, deliver holistic symptom management, educate families, provide emotional support, and participate in clinical huddles and case conferences. Requirements include current CNO registration, a minimum of two years nursing experience with palliative care preferred, a valid Ontario driver’s license with reliable vehicle, police check for vulnerable sector, CPR and First Aid. Assets include CNA palliative care certification or LEAP/CAPCE, Core Concepts or similar.
